Sethers + Love: my new photo business

Over the past year I have been working with a longtime photo pal, Jordan, starting up a joint venture called Sethers + Love.

We offer thoughtful wedding photography using a combination of film and digital.

We have a website, and Facebook, and Instagram, and Pinterest, and Twitter.

Jordan does some beautiful work with her Hasselblad. Check out her personal work.

Below are a few of Jordan’s Hasselblad photos from our last wedding of Jill + Patrick, a casual backyard affair in Santa Cruz.

Jill mentioned her love of the movie Legend to us as an inspiration for the look and posed by her favorite old tree. We kept an eye out for unicorns.

Waiting for Brooklyn

This is Harmony & Chris. You may remember a beautiful wedding full of  B&W images from last June that I shot. I was honored to be hired again to capture their anticipation for their baby girl, Brooklyn Hope. We met in my home town of Columbia. It’s my favorite place to shoot. There’s an endless supply of color and texture to be found. I love working with Harmony & Chris too, they are spontaneous and funny and just adorable.
